The organiser needed seating, sofas and lounge furniture selected to match the interiors of each stand, with delivery and installation
completed two days before the exhibition opened. The scope covered two halls, a seminar hall and a traders hall, plus 28 individual exhibitor stands and shared lounge areas.

The seminar hall was set with 285 banquet chairs in black stretch covers and the traders hall with a further 240. Across the 28 stands we placed Scandinavian and cove chairs in white and black, bar stools and round cafe tables for standing meetings, and white leather Sophie sofas, armchairs and pouffes for the lounge areas. Glass top coffee tables kept the lounges light and easy to photograph. Gold poles with red rope barricaded the massage counter and managed queuing.
Delivery And Setup
A 20 member crew and nine 5 tonne trucks handled the build up, with the same crew and fleet returning for teardown. Installation was
completed in 8 hours and teardown in 9 hours.
Stand construction was still in progress when our trucks arrived, so material could not be offloaded into position straight away. Our crew staged everything on site and moved in section by section as each stand was released. Despite the wait, all 913 units were in place and inspection ready before the show opened.
The result
Every item was delivered and installed as specified, with no replacements required and no shortfalls across either hall. Access to the stands was the only hold up, and our crew absorbed it on site rather than pushing it onto the organiser.
The organiser was fully satisfied with the service and has confirmed a repeat booking for their next event.
