Yes — SAMS delivers, installs and removes event furniture across all 7 UAE emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery fees vary by location and are confirmed at the quoting stage.

We recommend providing your venue address, access details and layout requirements at least 48–72 hours before delivery. For large exhibitions and multi-day events, earlier coordination (1–2 weeks ahead) allows us to plan the logistics in detail.

We do our best to accommodate same-day or last-minute additions depending on inventory availability. Contact our team directly on the day — we will advise on what is possible and arrange delivery if the item is available.

Yes — on-site installation by our crew is included as part of our standard event furniture rental service. We do not charge separately for basic installation. For complex multi-zone setups or large-scale exhibitions, installation time and crew requirements are scoped in the quote.

Yes — SAMS regularly delivers and installs furniture at hotel venues across Dubai including ballrooms, event halls, outdoor terraces and rooftop venues. We coordinate with hotel event coordinators on loading dock access, lift capacity and venue-specific protocols.

Yes — for multi-day exhibitions and events, we manage removal at the close of the event on the final day. For shorter events, same-day or next-morning removal is standard. We confirm the removal window with you in advance.
